So far all hes really saying is stories about how this man let fifteen people live in his house when they had nowhere else to go. People helping others, everything like that.
no mention of rebuilding..
we will do what it take. we will stay as long as it takes to help citixan rebuild their community and their lives. there is no way to imagine america without neworleans. the recovery is moving foward, trade is starting to reurn, gas pipelines are operating again, levys are closed water is going down. we're making serious progress. HE SAID HARD WORK!!!
hes commending everyones courage, immediate assistance, you need to contact FEMA and red cross , etc, call this number.
He says medicines are being sent, help and food and water.
congress 60 billion for rebuildint.
compassion and resolve
help itisens put thier lives back together and rebuild communiteis.
direct assistance that allows them to rent appts. many states compassion, theyll be reimbursed. with the money we'll be getting from...?
extra doctors and nurses, overtime pay for the polica and fire depts. who are they gonna take the money from:? schools? debt? we already have a huge deficit.. hed have to raise taxes.. or at least not cut them.
fully engaged in the mission..
this is gonna be so expensive.
we can rebuild them. we can make them stronger, faster.

creation of worker recovery accounts, govt provides five thousand dollar accounts for people to get good jobs and for child care.
Lower incomes get urban homesteading. Ident property and provide building sites to the poorness. Then theyd build on it I guess.

Dept of homeland uptakes immediate review of stuffs. Wants to know about govt response. This was not a normal storm (even though more are on the way)

This govt will learn from the mistakes so we are better prepared to deal with any threats to the country.
