So Bush's ratings are going down even more since Katrina. Very few people are left that actually believe in Mr Bush's ability to do much more than blink extremely rapidly and avoid tough questions but hey, stick with your strengths, right?
To my knowledge, he actually is starting to take blame for being kinda dumb about New Orleans. Finally. After five years maybe this president will save something.
